Our Premium Spiced Rum is hand-crafted in the heart of Devon, using a unique blend of exotic Caribbean rums, soft Devonian spring water, aromatic spices, and fresh citrus zest.

The result is a full-bodied spiced rum with a 40% ABV.

Our Premium Spiced Rum features rich aromas of charred orange peel, smooth caramel, and hints of cardamom. Its complex taste finishes with a warm crackle of cinnamon, tangy star anise, fresh citrus zest, maple syrup and a smack of peppercorn.

Unlike many spiced rums, this expression is blended without vanilla to create a drier spirit that's not so sickly-sweet.

Best served on the rocks, with classic mixers, or as a base for your favourite rum cocktail.

An exciting, fascinating, delicious and special visit

Staff, presentation and products are simply superb. This was our first contact with the Devon Rum Company and our first ever rum tasting and which was a truly wonderful experience. All staff are proud of their company and products, eager to please and their actions ensure you thoroughly enjoy your visit and understand fully their locally produced products - and which are quite delicious, most special and which well deserve “The Great Taste” label awarded to them. A fairly view business which is very worthwhile visiting and supporting - and am sure you will enjoy and agree it is a must-do - even for existing non rum drinkers!

Fantastic Rum..

I love this Rum; it’s smooth, warm, and spicy. It is not as offensive as another brand that leaves a nasty aftertaste in your mouth.

I would not buy any other brand; if you are a Rum drinker, look no further.

I always make sure I have a bottle in the house and enjoy a small glass in the evening.

I tried this wonderful rum while I was on holiday in Devon and to be honest I had quite a bit.
I purchased a bottle while I holiday and the unique flavour is one of a kind
