Toffee Rum Liqueur (50cl)

Handcrafted in small batches on the Salcombe waterfront with our award-winning Premium Golden Rum, buttery toffee, maple syrup and a delicate pinch of Devon sea salt.

The result is a beautifully balanced liqueur with layers of fudge, vanilla, caramelised brown sugar, and gentle warmth, finished with a whisper of sea salt that lifts every sip. Velvety and comforting, it’s the perfect serve for cosy evenings, festive gatherings, or thoughtful gifting.

Signature Serve

Toffee Rum Old Fashioned

  • 50ml Devon Rum Co Premium Golden Rum
  • 25ml Devon Rum Co Toffee Rum Liqueur
  • 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Orange Peel (Garnish)
  • Ice

Add bitters, Toffee Rum Liqueur and Golden Rum to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir slowly until chilled and slightly diluted. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Express the orange peel over the glass and drop it in.
