Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. During peak buying times, such as Black Friday and Christmas, our processing times may vary.

It is illegal to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18 in the UK. By purchasing through our website, you are confirming that you are above the legal drinking age.

All orders must also be delivered to a person over the legal drinking age of 18. As a result, our orders cannot be left in a safe location, as they must 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £100.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We're very sorry for any inconvenience.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at loverum@devonrumcompany.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect Delivery Address Policy

We kindly ask all customers to double-check their delivery details before completing an order. Your order will be shipped to the exact address provided at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Lost parcels

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address

In these cases, the responsibility lies with the customer, and replacements or refunds cannot be issued.

If you realise you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but this is not always possible once the order has been processed.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it - however, an additional postage charge will apply.

If your parcel ends up being delivered to an incorrect address (for example because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete) please still contact us immediately. We’ll work with the courier to trace the shipment and check for successful return to sender.

Please note: because the error originated with the address entered, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund in these circumstances, and any recovery or redelivery will be at your cost.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We operate a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food) and customised products (special orders or personalised items). Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your refund will include the cost you paid for your product, plus any delivery cost that was charged. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
