I'm so sorry to hear about this delay to your order. It certainly doesn't meet the standards we expect from our courier. However, your order was placed at 11:17pm and therefore would never have arrived the next day either way. I have asked our fulfilment team to contact the courier today for an update on your order.
In the meantime, I'm going to arrange to send out a new bottle free of charge. I will also arrange a refund for your original delivery method.

We have just bought three more bottles of Honey Spiced Rum and it’s absolutely delicious, quite unlike any rum I’ve ever tasted. It’s sweet but not too sweet and the honey flavour really comes through. I like to drink it on its own, no mixers to dilute the lovely honey flavour. We have bought and drunk many bottles of Honey Spiced and in my opinion it’s the BEST Devon Rum! Please just keep doing what you’re doing and don’t change a thing!!

It's the first time I have purchased & tasted Devon Rum.
Very light & lots of depth of flavour.
Not as dark & rich as Jamaican or Caribbean rum,but very nice.
I would recommend & purchase again.
What can I say about this Devon Rum that’s not been sent in the booklet that came with my order.
I prefer the dark rums but I’ve never had tasted on like this before.
There isn’t one flavour or note that jumps out at you. Every detail is matched and balanced perfectly.
My first taste was a neat sip slowly followed by a larger sip and I knew that this is a special Rum.
I’ll definitely be trying the cocktail recipes and I’ll definitely be buying another bottle.
Bought the Black Spiced Rum as a birthday present. Recipient has bought this before and loves it. I was kept informed about delivery day and time. Excellent service
The only problem I have with Devon Rum is that the bottle is emptied too quickly. It is absolutely amazing.

We both really enjoyed the whole experience! The information you get regarding tasting notes and what to mix different flavours with was great, and the Rum offering was very generous. It's a casual but professional setting which we loved as we were able to sit and enjoy another drink at the end, and it was just a lovely afternoon. Distinct toffee taste, very pleasant but a little too sweet.
