Handcrafted in small batches on the Salcombe waterfront, it begins with our award-winning Premium Golden Rum, expertly blended with rich, Devon-roasted coffee and a touch of dark maple syrup for natural sweetness.

Serve it neat, over ice, or mix into an Espresso Rumtini for a Devon twist on a modern classic.

Coffee Rum Liqueur (50cl)

Handcrafted in small batches on the Salcombe waterfront, using our award-winning Premium Golden Rum as a base. We then expertly blended this with rich Devon-roasted coffee and a touch of dark maple syrup for natural sweetness.

The result is a luxuriously balanced liqueur that combines bold, aromatic espresso with notes of dark cocoa, smooth caramel, and soft molasses. Warming and velvety on the palate, it’s the perfect companion for slow evenings, festive gatherings, or an after-dinner indulgence.

  • 50ml Devon Rum Co Premium Spiced Rum
  • 25ml Espresso Coffee
  • 25ml Devon Rum Co Coffee Rum Liqueur
  • Dash of Cocoa Bitters
  • Coffee Beans to Garnish
  • Ice

Add Premium Spiced Rum, espresso coffee, coffee liqueur, cocoa bitters, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well, then double-strain into a classic martini glass. Finish by garnishing with three coffee beans, or a dusting of chocolate powder.
