Our Honey Spiced Rum is hand-crafted in the heart of Devon, using locally sourced wildflower honey, a blend of exotic Caribbean rums, subtle spices and crisp Devonian spring water.

The result is a sweeter spiced rum with a 37.5% ABV.

Our award-winning Honey Rum features light floral notes, with undertones of spicy cardamom and fruity raisins. It finishes with the sweet taste of Devon wildflower honey, twists of lemon zest, juicy raisins, and a generous pinch of allspice.

Best served on the rocks, or with light mixers and tonics.

Over powering .. more a whiskey taste

Bought 2 one for my son. We are both regular drinkers of spiced and black rum, this did not appeal to either of us. Gave mine to my dad who is a whisky/Bourbon drinker he liked it. This is definitely a drink that tastes and smells more like a whisky than a rum

Amazing - Drink Neat ..with or without Ice

This stuff is like golden nectar, drank without ice, you feel the warmth and the texture/smoothness of the honey as you sip.
It's great in cocktails, or with a mixer... but for us, it comes into it's own when slowly sipped neat.
