Our Honey Spiced Rum is crafted by hand in the heart of Devon using a blend of exotic Caribbean rums, aromatic spices, soft Devon spring water and locally sourced wildflower honey.

Bottled at 37.5%, this liquid gold features light floral notes, with undertones of spicy cardamom and fruity raisins. This is a sweeter spiced rum, infused with Devon wildflower honey, twists of lemon zest, juicy raisins, and a generous pinch of allspice.

Tasting Notes Tasting Notes

The nose carries light floral tones and delicate wildflower honey, underpinned by dried fruit and a whisper of cardamom. On the palate, soft layers of juicy raisin, lemon zest, and a dusting of allspice unfold, finishing with the natural sweetness of local Devon honey - smooth, well-rounded, and gently spiced.
