Crafted on the Salcombe seafront, Devon Rum Co blends the finest Caribbean rums with natural spices, citrus zests and only the finest natural ingredients. Every bottle is crafted with care to offer a taste of Devon, wherever you are.
Premium Golden Rum
Layers of rich caramel and smoky oak, lifted by hints of ripe fruits, citrus and butterscotch sweetness.
Premium Spiced Rum
Charred orange peel and caramel mingle with bold spices. Warm cardamom, a crackle of cinnamon, tangy star anise, nutmeg and a gentle note of maple syrup. Finished with a flicker of black peppercorn and lime zest.
Honey Spiced Rum
Light floral tones and sweet wildflower honey, underpinned by dried fruits, lemon zest, cinnamon, cardamom, and a whisper of allspice.
Black Spiced Rum
Deep and brooding with blackstrap molasses, sweet cinnamon, and a touch of orange zest. The palate is rich and treacly, unfolding into notes of dark maple syrup, allspice, and cardamom, with a subtle fruitiness of raisins.
