How to make a Spiced Rum Piña Colada
It doesn’t get much better than a cold Piña Colada on a scorching hot day. This classic summer cocktail combines rum, coconut, and to create a delicious serve that’s sure to transport you to the sandy shores of the Caribbean.
You’ll need:
- 50ml Devon Rum Co. Premium Spiced Rum
- 50ml Coconut Cream
- 100ml Pineapple Juice
- Pineapple Leaf
- Ice
Add spiced rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice to a shaker. Shake well and strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh pineapple leaf to finish.
How to make a Honey Spiced Rum Mai Tai
It wouldn’t be summer without a boozy tiki cocktail, and our Honey Spiced Rum Mai Tai promises to hit the spot! For a little extra oomph, we’ve added a touch of chili liqueur.
You’ll need:
- 50ml Devon Rum Co. Honey Spiced Rum
- 25ml Cointreau
- 15ml Orgeat
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Chili Liqueur (optional)
- Sprig of Mint
- Ice
Add Honey Spiced Rum, Cointreau, Orgeat, Lime Juice, and ice to a shaker. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. If you’re feeling extra spicy, float your chili liqueur on top and garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
How to make a Coconut Rum Negroni
We love playing with the classic negroni here at Devon Rum, which is why we’ve created another version of this dry-but-delicious cocktail for the summer. Our Coconut Rum Negroni is the perfect rum drink for a suave summer evening.
You’ll need:
- 50ml Devon Rum Co. Premium Golden Rum
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml Martini Rosso
- Coconut Water
- Lemon
- Ice
This one requires a little magic. Before you create your negroni, you’ll need to make some ice cubes with your coconut water. Once these have set, you’re ready to go! Add golden rum, Campari, and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass with a little ice. Stir everything together and strain into a rocks glass. Add your coconut water ice cubes and a fresh lemon twist to finish.
