Our Honey Spiced Rum is hand-crafted in the heart of Devon, using locally sourced wildflower honey, a blend of exotic Caribbean rums, subtle spices and crisp Devonian spring water.

The result is a sweeter spiced rum with a 37.5% ABV.

Our award-winning Honey Rum features light floral notes, with undertones of spicy cardamom and fruity raisins. It finishes with the sweet taste of Devon wildflower honey, twists of lemon zest, juicy raisins, and a generous pinch of allspice.

Best served on the rocks, or with light mixers and tonics.

A lovely smooth and mild spiced rum which goes great with cola or ginger beer, but is just as nice as a sipping rum: warming😊. Enjoyed a great tasting session at Exeter Christmas market. A great bunch of guys (and girls) to deal with. Thank you for delivering so quickly.

Amazing Rum

I have always been a massive lover of Devon Rum since I discovered a bottle if honey Rum whilst on holiday.
I have now taken a delivery of 3 beautiful bottles of Devon Rum Company Rums and not sure if they are going to last for Christmas.

Excellent rum

Had several bottles of this rum previously, restocked for christmas. Very quick delivery. Excellent rum for mixing, using the recipe booklet enclosed with each purchase. My favourite is mixed with ginger beer over ice.
