Our Honey Spiced Rum is hand-crafted in the heart of Devon, using locally sourced wildflower honey, a blend of exotic Caribbean rums, subtle spices and crisp Devonian spring water.

The result is a sweeter spiced rum with a 37.5% ABV.

Our award-winning Honey Rum features light floral notes, with undertones of spicy cardamom and fruity raisins. It finishes with the sweet taste of Devon wildflower honey, twists of lemon zest, juicy raisins, and a generous pinch of allspice.

Best served on the rocks, or with light mixers and tonics.

By far the best rum I have tasted. I bought Devon rum, and others, at this summer's Goodwood Food Festival and this rum is my favourite. Neat, or mixed with 'shrub' or other options, this hits the spot every time. As a publican's daughter I have sampled many over the years and nothing like Devon rum! My taste of home 🏡

Definitely the best rum on the market. Lovely taste. I live in the midlands and get it delivered. 2 bottles arrived swiftly and safely. Devon rum is the only rum I will drink now. I always grab a bottle from your Salcombe brewery when I’m down there as well.
