Luckily, our Island Street Rum Punch (inspired by our home in Salcombe) ticks all the boxes! After many attempts - and a few hangovers - we’ve created a rum punch that’s sure to deliver a smile with every sip.
Typically, punch drinks feature a variety of rums, exotic fruit juices and citrus. The sweet and sour flavours from the juices pair perfectly with the rum, transporting drinkers to the sunny shores of the Caribbean, where punch is always the life and soul of the party.
How to make our Island Street Rum Punch
- 50ml Premium Spiced Rum
- 50ml Honey Spiced Rum
- 40ml Orange Juice
- 40ml Apple Juice
- 40ml Pineapple Juice
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Grenadine
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Pineapple Leaf for Garnish
Add rums, juices, grenadine, and bitters to a cocktail shaker with a load of ice. Shake well and strain into a tiki glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf to finish.
