Our Premium Golden Rum is a non-spiced expression, hand-crafted in the heart of Devon by combining a unique blend of exotic Caribbean rums from Jamaica and Guyana with crisp Devonian spring water.

The result is an expertly crafted Premium Golden Rum with a 40% ABV that balances a bold tropical character with a super smooth finish.

Our Golden Rum opens with notes of rich caramel, smoky oak, tobacco, and ripe banana, before finishing with smooth tastes of butterscotch, toasted oak, and fresh citrus zest.

Best served on the rocks, with mixers such as Colas, Ginger Ales and Lemonades, or in exotic rum cocktails.

On the nose, this golden expression reveals layers of rich caramel and smoky oak, lifted by hints of tobacco leaf and ripe tropical fruits. The palate is rounded and full, carrying butterscotch sweetness and a touch of toasted oak, before giving way to a fresh finish of citrus zest.

So tasty

I sampled this rum at the Plymouth xmas store, an bought the pack off three small bottles to try at home. This rum, is just the ticket if you need warming up. I liked it that much we ordered the bigger bottle from the website. It was an easy process and arrived promptly. I followed the recipe with ginger beer and this is now my favourite drink.
