The Espresso Martini has enjoyed a steady rise to fame. This stylish serve was first created in the early 1980s by famous London bartender Dick Bradsel.

The story goes that a model strolled into his bar, asking for something that would wake them up. Dick took a quick look around and spotted his coffee machine. He combined a fresh shot of espresso with vodka, coffee liqueur and sugar syrup, and the original Espresso Martini was born.

Today, the Espresso Martini is one of the UK’s most popular cocktails, with hundreds of variations to explore. And one of those variations is our very own Espresso Rumtini…

Just like Dick’s original serve, this is one cocktail that’s sure to liven things up! Instead of vodka, we’ve used our Premium Spiced Rum to add a richness and depth that plays perfectly with the bitterness of the coffee. Our version of this classic cocktail also includes a few dashes of chocolate bitters, giving the final serve a sweet and velvety texture that’s to die for.
