Devon Rum Co. is expanding, which means we’re on the hunt for a handful of awesome people to join our crew!

Here at Devon Rum, we’re an exciting, fun, and fast-growing business, designed to share the joy of artisan rum with the world.

From our Headquarters on Island Street, Salcombe, we proudly produce and sell a multi award-winning range of craft rums, with full-bodied flavours and sustainability at its core.

And despite only launching in March 2020, we have quickly become one of the South West’s favourite craft spirit producers.

Our range has a strong presence on the shelves of more than 300 shops, bars, restaurants, and hotels throughout the region, while our spirits warm the souls of thousands of fans at events nationwide.

But this is just the beginning. Our ambition is to take the rum sector by storm, which is why we’re looking for some passionate people to join our established team and help us take things to the next level.

Events/Venue Manager
Retail/Sales Assistant
On-Trade Field Sales Executive/Account Manager
Production Manager
Events Staff
